The team for this investigation was Angela, Lisa, Becky, and Miranda. We arrived at 7:00, met by the homeowners. The house is not currently occupied and is under some construction still. History of the property is not fully known, although the current owners do believe that another farmhouse once stood on the land, though not in the same place as the current house. A tour of the house was given, as the homeowners explained the experiences that they have had while in the house that seems strange or unexplained.
Then they left our team to set up our equipment and begin our investigation routine. We had motion sensors set up in a few different places throughout the house. We had motion-activated video and still cameras placed throughout the house, along with digital video cameras and a DVR system with viewing monitor.
The first phase of our investigation involved each of us doing an individual walk-through of the house one at a time with a notebook to write notes of what was felt, seen, or perceived, while the rest of the team waited in the garage. A few of us did pick up on strange feelings in different parts of the house, some of us even hearing noises.
Once we concluded that, we all gathered as a team to conduct EVP sessions in different rooms throughout the house. During our question and recording session in the master bedroom, we could hear what sounded like numerous dogs barking outside, which were also caught on the recorders, but the homeowners later informed us that they had no neighbors with dogs and they have never heard dogs outside before.
Also while we were in the same bedroom, we heard the motion-activated alarm sound a few times, which was odd because no one was on that side of the house that could have set them off. At one point, every team member agreed that we each had witnessed dark shadows moving in the kitchen area.
Later in the evening two of us went together to retrieve a camera from one room to move it to another area, and we both were commenting on how we had not seen any light on outside a certain window earlier in the investigation, and just as we were standing there looking at the window with the light on outside, it turned off and went dark.
The investigation was quite active for the first half of the evening, then the activity started to slow down closer to about 9:00 pm. We concluded the investigation in the basement, where we all agreed was quite silent and showed no signs of activity.
EVPs and Audio
Recorded as Becky walked through the home alone. You hear her click a pen and start to write some notes. In the background, there is a sound that may be a voice that sounds female. Attempts to clean it up distort it. At the point where Becky heard what sounded like footsteps and began walking back to the group, there is an odd audio anomaly of digital garbage that does not happen anywhere else.

Several times during the investigation motion detectors were activated while no one was present. This is our reaction the first time this happened.

As we were sitting vigil in the master bedroom Lisa and Miranda noticed what looked like shadows moving in the kitchen. While we watched for this the motion detector was activated again.

While we sat in the master bedroom we heard dogs barking outside. This continued for some time.

Miranda and Becky left the master bedroom to move one of the cameras into the kitchen where the movement of the shadows was seen. While retrieving the camera they notice a light on through a window that had not been left on. Drops in audio on this recording are intentional.

After returning to the master bedroom we had asked for knock responses. After hearing what sounds like a knock we also hear what sounds like whispering.

As Miranda was conducting her solo walk-through something triggered the motion detector in the kitchen. After she left the master bedroom there is an unexplained flash of light behind her.

As Becky entered the home for her solo walk through unexplained shadows were spotted on the DVR. She left the home after less than two minutes and more unexplained shadows appear after she leaves.
