Kelli Patrick:Equipment used: 35mm camera, Sony Nightshot video camera, laser thermometer Type of report: The activity is ongoing and has occured more than once. There have been reports of clocks going haywire, door knobs jiggling, footsteps, appliances turning on/off (TV's, clocks), shadow people have been seen, sensations of being touched or being right next to them, washer/dryer doors opening by themselves, feelings of being watched or not being alone. There has also been reports that a nurse ghost from the previous occupant (St. Mary's Hospital) has been seen walking down the halls and coming out of rooms that housed a sick fraternity member. They would be cured the next day. This nurse has not been seen since the 60's or 70's. There have been reports that a lot of these incidents are coming from George, who was a patient of St. Mary's hospital. When the hospital was closing down, the staff was transporting patients to the new building. George fell between the bed and the wall. An orderly went to check on him, but didn't see him, so he thought he had been moved already. George suffocated in his own bed sheets that night. Reports have also been said that George liked Star Trek. There was no electricity in the building at the time, but at 4pm every day the TV would come on with Star Trek playing. Then it would turn off when the show was over. I have reviewed my video and pictures, but didn't get anything paranormal on either. My thermometer readings were within the normal range while we were there. There is a good chance that the place is haunted by what the fraternity says and has experienced, but George didn't want to be there during the time we were there.
Becky Ray:The reports of the current members of the house are consistent with the reports of the past. Clocks being messed with, electrical disturbances, footsteps in the hallways, and television channels being changed. Some of the members admitted to purposely doing some of these things to newer members mischieviously, but then other things would happen that were truly unaccounted for.
While we were present I did not witness any activity, however I do feel this is an active haunting on the third floor and believe further investigation is warranted.
