Question: How long have you lived here?
Answer: Since March of 1965
Question: When did the phenomena start?
Answer: Not certain of exactly when. Started noticing things in the late 1960s.
Question: Any certain hour of the day or certain rooms?
Answer: No
Question: Any visual apparations?
Answer: No
Question: Have there been any movements of objects that you see?
Answer: Not that have been seen, but items do get moved around the house.
Question: Any apports (things appearing out of nowhere)?
Answer: Coins and pennys have always appeared in different places around the home. Normally just one or two coins, but at time piles of pennys have appeared.
Question: Any teleportation (things moving from one place to another)?
Answer: Items will vanish and not be able to be found, only to appear in another location later.
Question: Any rappings or knockings?
Answer: Occasionally knockings, door slams, etc.
Question: Any cold spots?
Answer: Numerous cold spots around the house. Specifically in the kitchen.

Answer: No

Answer: No

Answer: No

Answer: None

Answer: Daughter knows Becky
Question: How far back can you trace the history of the property?
Answer: The total history of the house itself is unknown. Property records go back into the 1800s, but who built the house and when was not recorded.
Question: Have there been any deaths or violent occurances in the the property?
Answer: At least two deaths in the home have occurred, and several previous owners were declared insane (senile) before selling the property to the next home owner.
Investigators Notes
Bryan Kaplan:Boy where do I start. I had a bad feeling from the time I walked into the house. I couldn't put my finger on it, but when I walked into each of the bedrooms on the top floor I had a sickening feeling. There are some sad events that took place in this house, some of which I will NOT mention in my notes. What I can mention is that that father of the home died around two and a half years earlier from a brain embolism. The other death's of family members were all lung related (if i remember correctly). At one point in this family's history there were 10 children living in this home. I definately believe a future investigation is warranted. It would allow us to focus on the areas where phenomena was recorded from the original investigation.
Kelli Patrick:The other investigators (5 of them)kept smelling rotten meat and spoiled milk in the basement and some first floor rooms. My smeller must not have been turned on because I never smelled anything horrible or rotten. I did have feelings of anger and sadness in the room where the children slept and another bedroom. While standing outside, several of us agreed that something in the house did not want us there and that we had the feeling that something was watching us. My equipment didn't catch anything out of the ordinary.
Becky Ray:I definitely felt there were at least two separate entities in this home. There is one downstairs in the kitchen area that doesn't seem to have anything to do with the rest of the house. I believe this is the former homeowner who died in that room when it was a sitting room.
An upstairs bedroom had been used in the past for at least one elderly woman in the late stages of senility. She was kept there until she could be admitted to the state hospital. This room is very heavy and other harsh events took place in this room during the 1970s.
While we were in the upstairs bedrooms I got a definite feeling that someone/something did not want us in that house any longer. I almost felt as if I were having an anxiety attack. But when I went back downstairs, the feeling faded.
In my opinion, the homeowner is the glue holding that house together. The good in her is the only thing that keeps the total darkness from taking over.
EVPS
This EVP was recorded while all of the Investigators except for Becky went outside to get a breather (and a soda. They were standing next to one of the Investigators cars when Bryan commented that the energy outside was different from the inside of the home. You will then (after somewhat of a pause) hear a male voice say "yes".

Bryan returned from checking on his video camera placed in the kitchen. You will hear one of the daughters tell a story about being in the sewing room when a voice says "what the hell".

This EVP was recorded just prior to the "what the hell" EVP (just a matter of a second or two). One of the daughters was telling a story about a sewing room when the voice said "felt warm". This was recorded in the front room of the home.

This was recorded in the frontroom again. Someone was telling a story and was interrupted when this EVP said "SHHHH".

The investigators were in the upstairs portion of the house when this was recorded. It seems to say "Mikey's waking up too".

Bryan was checking out the bathroom and had called Mike it to take a picture. After taking the picture both started to leave when this voice was recorded. It says "the door. Lean Straight". I do feel there is a word before the word "the" in the "the door" part of the EVP...I can't make it out though.

Bryan and Becky had walked back downstairs and were walking towards the front room when this was recorded. It either says Ed or Head.

The Investigators were all on the top floor of the home when this was recorded. You will hear Bryan comment the room he wants to go into and after a bit of a pause you will hear a female voice say "Help."

Investigators Bryan, Harold, and Kelli were sitting quietly in the bedroom that the mother slept in, while the three other investigators were in a different bedroom doing the same. The EVP seems to say "GET OUTTA HERE" with a slight accent on the word here (like heeeare).

Again Bryan, Kelli, and Harold were in the mother's bedroom sitting quietly when this EVP was recorded. The whispering you hear in the clip is from the other investigators who were in a nearby room. However the wailing that you will hear 2 times in each loops of this audio clip did not originate from the investigators.

Harold, Bryan and Kelli are in the long brown carpeted room when this E.V.P. is recorded. You will hear a couple of the investigators whisper to each other and then you will hear what seems to be a female saying "Ron Vinson" or "Ron Vincent".

I'm not sure if this says. I hear what seems to be "Plancer". I hear the P sound in the first syllable of the word. No clue as in the purpose of the word. Kelli, Harold, and Bryan were in the long brown carpeted room when this was recorded. You will hear an investigator whisper over to another investigator followed by this fairly loud EVP.

Bryan left the mother's bedroom and was walking over to the bedroom thats across the hall from it, that seemed to be used as a storage room (at least at the time). You will hear some investigators talking, and then you'll hear a voice say "It Be Nice In Here". I must say that at no point and time did any investigator ever make this statement, as everyone felt the exact opposite of what this EVP said.
