Investigators Notes

Tania Marg: Most of the activity for the evening was on the second floor.  The area near the straight jackets had a wall of unsettling energy for about 20 minutes when we first started our investigation, which all of us noticed and agreed on.  The only other spots I noticed that were really active were the hallway on the second floor with the Native American artifacts, which constantly felt odd throughout the evening.  I went into the area by myself several times but nothing noticeable happened besides the unsettling energy of the area in several spots.  I know a lot of other people in the group were hearing sounds, but I didn't hear that much, possibly because of a cold I'm still recovering from.  I took several voice recordings, attempting to use cigarettes as a trigger object, but nothing appeared on the recordings that would seem out of the ordinary.  Towards the end of the evening, I began throwing a pack of cigarettes down toward the hallway in the room with many of the psychiatric (aka torture) devices.  At this point, Darren's EMF detector lit up several times while Christina was attempting a conversation with the locals.  Some of this activity seemed centered around the pack of cigarettes.   I did not notice much active energy on the third floor or the morgue.

Jenny Kerr:  9:00 pm, Arrived on the 2nd floor with the team to set up cameras and recording equipment. As soon as I walked through the double doors from the stairwell I had a very uncomfortable feeling like I shouldn't be there and needed to leave. My arms felt very electric/static and I had goosebumps. Christina and Tania also had the same feelings. I sensed there was a female patient that liked to linger in that immediate area in front of the double doors. 9:16 pm, Becky asks out loud if anyone had heard a whisper saying "Take it _ _ _". Christina said she thought she heard something, but the rest of us didn't. Becky went on to relay she was thinking about taking a picture from a certain area. On reviewing my audio I captured a very clear male voice saying "Take it from here". At the time I was sitting in a chair and Becky was to my left approximately 10 to 15 feet down the hallway. 9:17 pm, Immediately following the whisper Becky believes she sees a shadow sitting in a chair at the end of a dark hallway where the Native Indian and African-American displays are. 9:18 pm, Becky enters a display room where a straight jacket made by a patient is displayed. She feels the "heebie jeebies" while next to it. 9:20 pm, Edward hears a male voice. I did not capture anything here. 9:21 pm, I also entered the display room of the straight jacket and other displays, along with other team members. When I got to a certain area before the straight jacket, but between two displays I was overcome with intense coldness, electric/static feeling up my arms and back of my neck, goosebumps and the hair on my arms stood up. I even shivered. That area definitely had someone there and it was the most uncomfortable feeling. (The only other time I have ever been overcome with the same feeling is with the living in my line of work.) The feeling lasted for a good 3 to 5 minutes. I walked away for a minute then returned to the same spot and the area was completely calm. 9:27 pm, Becky noted her motion camera was recording in an empty room. 9:30 pm, The team went to the end of the hallway where the Native Indian and African-American displays were. Christina had gone down a hallway in the Native Indian side and came to another spot that had the same uncomfortable feeling. I felt the same coldness, electric/static feeling but this time it was just my right arm and right side of my face. I had goosebumps and the hair on my arms stood up. Within 2 to 3 minutes the area became calm again.  When Becky and I were walking towards the African-American display side Becky believes she saw a shadow walking towards us. On reviewing my audio at this same time I had static come across my recorder which lasted 2 to 3 minutes. At this same time, Edward commented the batteries were drained on his grid light. At this same time, Darren had a reading on his K-2 meter. During the 3 hour investigation, this was the only time and area that I had static on my recorder.

It's Me - 17 January 2017 - Glore Psychiatric Museum
00:00 / 00:00

We were all back at the end of the Civil War display hall, again on the second floor of the old building. I had been hearing odd noises that may or may not have originated outside, as we were next to the fire door. I asked Becky to validate the sounds. She stepped over, mentioned that it sounded like a distant train or the rain. A few seconds later, a male voice says, "It's me."

Interference - 17 January 2017 - Glore Psychiatric Museum
00:00 / 00:00

The only time my audio recorder had sounds of electrical interference. And it was on the 2nd floor, at the end of the hallway where the Native Indian display and the Black History display started. It's also the same area the Edward lost battery charge to his grid and also Darren had some EMF flickers on his K-2.
